Cape Town Orientation & Table Mountain Tour


This tour gives you the opportunity to sense the spirit of Cape Town ... experience the history of the city and why it is so called the Mother City of South Africa.

Visit Table Mountain, one of the new 7 wonders of nature. Table Mountain forms a natural amphitheatre around the city which is what make it unique and dramatic! Our first stop is to the Table Mountain cable station where we can ride the state-of-the-art cable car rotates 360 degrees on its way to the top, offering a panoramic view.

At the summit, measures nearly 3km from end to end, are short walks to enjoy the magnificent city and peninsula views. View the panorama stretches from Table Bay to False Bay around the mountain to Hout Bay and Kommetjie and when skies are clear, one can see right across the Cape Flats to the Hottentots Holland Mountains.

Our tour culminates on a high with the firing of the noon gun up on Signal Hill (excludes Sundays and Public Holidays) . We drive past Cape Town Stadium, which hosted some of the games during the FIFA Soccer World Cup 2010,

Onto Green Market Square for a glimpse of the exciting souvenir stands at the flea market before we take a stroll through the Company Gardens and find out more about the surrounding buildings like the Houses of Parliament and St Georges Cathedral.

Our tour continues with a drive past the Castle of Good Hope and Old Slave Lodge, and the beautiful City Hall opposite the Grand Parade, before we arrive at colourful Bo-Kaap, with its cobble streets and brightly painted houses and we find out why it is also known as the Malay Quarter.

You will discover why Cape Town is continually voted one of the top destinations in the world.
