Our morning drive takes us along the newly restored Golden Mile, a wonderful promenade which stretches along the beachfront, before we move on to the fascinating Kwa Muhle Museum were we uncover the past's harsh system of labour control. We go green thereafter, and head for the lush peace and tranquility of Durban’s beautiful Botanic Gardens, founded in 1849 .Get a taste of the unique Bunny Chow!

Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Game Reserve Tour

View the Big Five in natural habitat of the Hluhluwe Game Reserve, an area well known for Rhino conservation. Travel along the coast to Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Game Reserve, home to the ‘Big 5’, cheetah, giraffe, zebra, blue wildebeest, spotted hyena, wild dog, and over 450 bird species. Ushaka Marine World Tour

Drakensberg World Heritage Tour

Visit the World Heritage Site of Giant's Castle, in the spectacular Drakensberg Mountains and view the enigmatic Bushman paintings, dating back 2000 years. Enjoy a 3km round trip hike to the site of the caves adorned with the Bushman's legacy (average level of fitness required), followed by a hearty lunch, which is included. Return to Durban via the Midlands Meander route, with its many craft and farmers markets.

Sani Pass/Lesotho Tour

Depart early for an adventure in a 4x4 drive up the highest road pass in Africa will certainly pump the adrenalin and reward you with its breath-taking scenery. Drive through the rolling hills of the Midlands to the town of Underberg. Enter the Kingdom of Lesotho and visit a nearby Sotho Village, for a taste of local culture. Light lunch (included) in the highest pub in Africa, with its incredible views. Visit the magnificent Howick Waterfall on your return (time permitting).
